Kneading Knots offers several Spa treatments; Body Wraps, Body Scrubs, Face Treatments and Foot Treatments.
Mud Body Wraps 60 minutes ~ $75 Your choice of mud is applied to your skin after a brief exfoliation to remove dead skin, and stimulate the pores. The mud is not applied to your face or feet. A layer of plastic keeps the mud moist and blankets keep your body at a comfortably warm temperature. The mask is removed after 20 minutes with a warm moist towels. No shower is needed. A finishing lotion is applied, and you leave feeling wonderfully refreshed.

Body Scrubs 30 minutes ~ $45
Body scrubs use a blend of sugars or salts to gently remove the top layer of dead skin cells. This process leaves the skin feeling smooth and silky. The scrub is followed by a finishing lotion. Kneading Knots features Origins products.
Touch of Mint stimulates the body with refreshing mints featuring the Incredible Spreadable Scrub™ & Smoothing Souffle. Chocolate Bliss indulges your senses (but not your calories) with a chocolate scrub and lotion. It features the Cocoa Therapy™ scrub and cream. Spice It Up tantalizes the senses with a blend of clove, cinnamon and other spices featuring the Spice Odyssey™ scrub and Ginger Souffle™ as a finishing lotion.
Face Treatments use soothing Green Tea to cleanse and Rose mud to soften your skin.
